What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer Canada Post and FedEx as our main shipping options for patients across Canada.

If you live in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions, you also have the option of choosing same day/next business day delivery through our delivery partner, Pineapple Express for a flat fee of $8.  If your order subtotal is over $150 (after discounts and before taxes), Pineapple Express shipping is free of charge.  Please refer to our list of covered areas to see if your area is eligible for this service.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered by Canada Post?

We understand access to your medicine is important. We do our best to communicate shipping time estimates to you at checkout. These delivery times are dependent on your location and processing delays at Canada Post. As a general guideline, you can expect a delivery time of anywhere from 3 to 10 business days through Canada Post due to increased national parcel demand and ongoing delays related to COVID-19. 

Once your order ships out, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get a better estimate of the arrival date of your package.  You may also find the tracking code for your package in the Order History section of your online account.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for this tracking number to become activated. Please note that these shipping estimates are subject to change, and are not guaranteed delivery times as they are influenced by many factors outside of our control.

Are signatures and ID required upon delivery?

For Canada Post, verbal signatures are currently required.  The delivery agent will ask for the
recipient's first initial and last name and use this as the signature.  If no one answers the door or if the shipment is being delivered to a condo or apartment building, a delivery notification card will be left for you. If a Canada Post delivery notification card is left for you, then a piece of photo ID and proof of address may be required to pick up your parcel from the post office.

For Pineapple Express, a signature is required for all deliveries.  If no one is at home to answer the door, the package will be returned to the depot and another delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.

For FedEx, if no one answers the door, the package will be sent to a FedEx depot and a delivery notification card will be left for you.  Please follow the instructions on your notification card to reschedule a delivery. FedEx Delivery Manager allows you to choose to hold your shipment for pickup at a FedEx location or request a future delivery date as well.  To see more about FedEx Delivery Manager features and to sign up, click here or call 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339) for assistance. If you choose to pick up your parcel from a FedEx depot, then a piece of photo ID and proof of address may be required to pick up your parcel.

Do you offer same/next business day delivery?

Same/next business day delivery is available to patients living in the Greater Toronto Area and some surrounding regions via Pineapple Express courier. Please refer to our list of covered areas to see if your area is eligible for this service. 

Depending on your area, next business day delivery may be possible at standard rates via FedEx Standard Overnight™ service.  Please confirm the delivery time estimate at checkout.  Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping timelines are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.  Orders must be placed before 11am EST, Monday to Friday, to be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST will be shipped out on the next business day. Pineapple Express delivers between 5pm to 10pm on weekdays only.

What are your delivery costs?

Canada Post

We are pleased to offer free shipping via Canada Post on all orders over $49 (after any applicable discounts and before taxes).  Canada Post shipping costs vary per order and are calculated and displayed at checkout.

FedEx

Orders of over $150 (before taxes and after any applicable discounts) will be eligible for free FedEx 2Day™ delivery.  FedEx Standard Overnight™ delivery in select cities will also be available at standard rates based on location and displayed at checkout.  Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO boxes.

Pineapple Express (Greater Toronto Area and some surrounding regions only)

Pineapple Express shipping is free for all orders over $150 (after any applicable discounts and before taxes).  Pineapple Express delivery service is $8 for all orders $150 or less (after any applicable discounts and before taxes). 

When will my order ship out?

Orders placed before 11am EST, Monday to Friday, will ship out on the same day.  All orders placed at 11am EST or later will be shipped out on the next business day.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

All medical cannabis purchases are mailed directly to the patient’s registered address.  Unfortunately, due to regulations, medical cannabis cannot be shipped to a store or pharmacy for in-person pick-up at this time.
